Order placement
After placing an order you will recieve an order confirmation to your e-mail adress. In the order confirmation you will find all details about product, price, payment- and delivery adress.

Delivery
Normal delivery times is 2-4 days within Sweden. Delivey within Europe is 5-7 days. Note! Orders placed during weekend will be sent next working day at the earliest.

Returns
When shopping at the webbsite, you as a customer have a statutory 14 days right of return. Valid from the day you recieve your products.
When returning a product:
You have to inform us that you wish to return your product. Information is sent by mail [email protected]. Write your name, adress, e-mail, order number and what product/products you wish to return.
You have to send back the products to us within the statutory 14 days right of return.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the conditions of the products uppon return. The products needs to be well packaged and in original packaging.
